Sheila graduated from Oceanside College of Beauty in 1993 in that same year she received her certification from the California State Board of Cosmetology. She has also been certified in the Strengthening Therapy System since Feb. 2012. Sheila is originally from Los Angeles, California but has travelled all over the U.S. and lived in Japan; She currently resides in French Valley with her two adult daughters, along with two grand doggies. Her favorite pastimes other than hair are traveling, self-care, shopping, and fine dining. To stay up to date with new hair trends she attends hair shows and seminars up to three times a year. Shelia specializes in ethnic hair with an emphasis on short hairstyles, healthy hair care, and thermal texturizing. She loves styling hair because beautiful, healthy hair can make any woman or young girl feel and look FABULOUS.Business Hours
